This is a full-time, year-round role reporting into the Sales Manager, Regional & Affiliate for our FlyOver Las Vegas Attraction. This role is responsible for providing administrative support for sales team and “boots on the ground” support to help drive FlyOver Las Vegas sales. 


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:                                                                        

  • With the direction of the Sales Manager, provide sales calls to affiliates and regional partners.
  • Work closely with the FlyOver and Pursuit marketing teams to build consumer engagement, drive guest visitation, and grow ancillary revenue streams
  • Provide administrative sales support through effective communication and collaboration
  • Acts as a support contact in the absence of Sales Managers for FlyOver colleagues and clients


  • Respond to all phone and online sales inquiries
  • Generate, maintain and update sales reservations and partner contracts
  • Facilitate in-house support for pre & post contract process, such as credit approval, liaising with ticketing to build client profile in ticketing system, liaising with Accounting to set up billing, communicating with customer support team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations team on sales related projects.
  • Create, coordinate, and update sales presentations, collateral, reports and dashboards
  • Organize and coordinate youth/school groups, familiarization tours, receptions, site visits, FlyOver Connect training and other events. Participate as required.
  • In-person visits to key partners in market such as concierge, timeshare and other key partners.
  • Utilizes Salesforce to input and monitor data.
  • General sales administration and other related marketing duties as assigned.



  • A degree or diploma, preferably in sales/business/marketing, with a minimum of two years related business experience
  • An independent worker who takes initiative, self-starter, assertive attributes
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to see multiple projects and tasks through to completion on a timely basis
  • A very detail-oriented person, who possesses strong administration and organization skills with a team approach on all projects
  • Computer literate, comfortable with Microsoft Office package with a willingness to learn new programs
  • Ability to work occasional extended hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
  • enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s Licenses and reliable source of transportation.
  • Assist and help the remaining support team with the goal of creating a cohesive team environment
  • Assist with tasks and requests for all markets, in the absence of other team members as required
  • Responsible for administrative/sales support, contracting or other documentation for the sales team as requested
  • Perform other duties as appropriate and assigned
