As a Food and Beverage (“F&B”) attendant, your goal is the fun, engaging, efficient and safe food and beverage service for guests throughout the FlyOver Las Vegas attraction.  As an F&B Attendant you may wear multiple hats including Bartender, Barista, Busser and Barback.  You will have engaging interactions with our guests by bringing your best and anticipating guests’ needs while following FlyOver standards and operating procedures. F&B Attendants must represent FlyOver Las Vegas well by maintaining a positive attitude and a safe environment for all guest and team members.



  • Greet guests and answer questions in a welcoming and positive manner
  • Ensure accurate information is provided to guests, including clear communication about the FlyOver experience
  • Be familiar with F&B menu items to answer any questions a guest may have
  • Reconcile shift cash, credit cards, receipts and cash banks
  • Assist guests with wayfinding in and around the FlyOver attraction
  • Ensure Health & Safety precautions are met and maintained
  • Inform Managers or Supervisors of any concerns or safety issues
  • Ensure the efficient and safe delivery of all F&B orders to deliver exceptional hospitality and service to our guests
  • Communicate efficiently using proper radio protocol
  • Ensure all facilities and especially F&B areas are kept clean and organized at all times
  • Assist with other facility cleaning and housekeeping duties wen requested
  • Assist with special event setups and group events as required
  • Assist with evacuation and safety procedures in the event of an emergency
  • Share knowledge with guests about “everything Las Vegas” and surrounding areas
  • Willingly jump in to assist with other duties when a need is seen



  • Minimum GED or High School Diploma preferred
  • Valid Alcohol Awareness, Work Card and SNHD Health Card required
  • Some work experience of working in a similar role and/or environment (preferably in a restaurant, Bar or Cafe) is required
  • Must have solid knowledge of Las Vegas and the surrounding area
  • Some experience in the guest service, hospitality or attractions is preferred
  • Cash handling experience is preferred
  • Public speaking experience is preferred
  • Fluency in a second language in addition to English is an asset

  • Must Be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environments
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Must have strong prioritization skills and ability to multi-task
  • Must be available to work a variety of shifts which may include days, evenings, weekends or holidays
